The Remodeling Doula is a consulting, supporting and general contracting business for all phases of construction. We work hard to create trust with our clients. This allows us to participate in the building process by collaboration to make the home and remodeling dreams.

This allows us to assist in your projects with focus to details for an exceptional outcomes. With our experience and expertise we reduce the stress common to most home and remodeling.
 

We know the building process can be overwhelming and confusing at times; we're here to simplify the process by providing consulting and support to help in all phase of the building process. We have over 29 years experience in the building industry and we will support the project from start to finish and help you make those important decisions. From what subcontractors to hire,  what color stucco to use or type of roof. We can guide you through each important step of the building process from feasibility, estimating, excavation, hiring subcontractors, scheduling and overseeing the work being performed. With your input and participation we'll make all those home and remodeling dreams come true in a synergized team effort…





We will consult and support you from start to finish. Guiding you through the building process and assisting in decisions making based on our collaboration of efforts to determine the scope of work needing to be performed. We can recommended subcontractors and or work with the ones already in place. We will be on site and do regular site visits as necessary to keep the project moving and provide valuable feed back to subcontractors so we can achieve the perfect outcome of the project.
 

We believe in building homes that are energy efficient and require zero maintenance. To achieve this type of standard, our preferred building method is: slab on grade with in-floor heat; ICF (insulated concrete form) walls; and, R60 ceiling insulation. For the year-round climate in southern Colorado we have found this building model to be superior.
