By the good fortune of fate, I met Dan on a flight from Alamosa to Denver. We struck up a conversation and quickly discovered some mutual interests. My wife and I were preparing to create a new “Sacred Space” building on our property. Dan was a builder, general contractor, consultant for projects of this and many natures.
We hired Dan as a Consultant and General Contractor for this project. We quickly discovered what a delightful fellow he is and became aware of his depth and breadth of knowledge on matters of construction. As my wife and I wanted to do as much of the actual work as possible, Dan coached us every step of the way, including working by our sides, teaching us, swinging hammers, and helping us fine tune our plans.
Three of the greatest gifts Dan brought to us was his Attention to Detail, Commitment to Quality and Value in all Considerations. These are qualities that are essential to us and Dan helped us manifest those values throughout.
